University of Michigan chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.  Scholarships to any MALE attending U of M in Fall of 2012.  Applicant is under no obligation to join any organization to be eligible.  To recognize outstanding individuals in academics, athletics, and community service.  See Mrs. Richardson for an application that is due by May 31, 2012.
